Open Configuration > Integrations to connect platform accounts. Connection settings are separate from enabling premium alerts, music commands, and live tools. Team-owned shared connections may require a team admin even when you are a designated server admin.

Reconnect an account

Check the connection status on this page when a feature asks you to reconnect. TikTok access refreshes automatically; reconnect when authorization expires or is revoked. Twitch may request another authorization when additional permissions are needed for Monitor events. A connected account does not automatically turn on every feature. Continue to its setup page to select channels, enable the feature, and configure its audience. See Social alerts, Twitch Monitor, Spotify, and Apple Music.
