Tickets gives viewers a public form for Speed Tracker issues and gives staff a queue for handling them. Staff access requires premium, a team server, and Speed Dating permission.
Open Live Tools > Speed Tracker > Tickets to generate or view the Public Form Link. Enable the form and share that URL with viewers. The Discord /ticket command returns this link when the form is enabled; it does not create a ticket directly in Discord.
Reports can publish a Discord panel linked to the same form.
Regenerate URL replaces the public form link. Update places where you shared the old link.
Submit and track a ticket
The public form collects a name, TikTok username, title, issue type, and description, with optional contact and session details. It accepts up to six image attachments, up to 10 MB each, in PNG, JPG, WEBP, GIF, HEIC, or HEIF format. After submission, save the private status link to follow public updates; internal staff notes do not appear there.
Some servers also have a dedicated wedding-registry form for registry notes, gift details, and optional shipping information. Use the specific link provided by that team; it is not available for every server.
Work through the queue
Filter tickets by Unassigned, Mine, or All, and by New, In Progress, or Done. Open a ticket to review the submitted details and attachments, assign it to a staff member, and update its status.
Use public replies for updates the submitter should see. Use internal notes for staff-only discussion. The detail page also provides a Status Link and supports image attachments in replies.
Discord notifications
Open Notification Settings, enable Discord notifications, and choose a channel. Optionally choose a role to mention for new tickets. The bot needs permission to post in that channel.
The settings page also shows recent public-form visits for staff review. Public visitors do not need access to your staff dashboard to use the form.
